Time billed will include travel to appointment from client's home, wait time if necessary, and travel from appointment to client's home.
In the case of mixed pet households, the daily fee will be priced according to the dog services.
There is no extra charge for a multiple pet household.

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm. All other hours, including Saturday and Sundays, please call.
All Dog Walking services include fresh water. We also provide a refill of food if requested.
Please Note – We do not encourage walks lasting over 60 minutes due to overall health and hydration of your pet.
Cancellations may be made with no extra fee as long as it is 2 hours prior to the time scheduled. Any cancellations made after 2 hours before the time of service will result in 50% of the balance owed.
Please understand that for the safety of your pet and for the safety of Red Fern pet sitters, walks are all weather permitted and may be cancelled the day of scheduled walk. You will not be charged for a walk that is cancelled due to weather conditions.

Customers must pay the amount in full 48 hours before the date of services are to begin. This does not include the extra time that may occur during Pet Transportation. This includes dog walking and mid day breaks. If walks are cancelled due to weather conditions, you can choose to be reimbursed immediately or reschedule your walk at no fee.
Payments are accepted by cash or credit card. If you return, and do not feel like proper care was given or your standards were not met, please reach us and we will rectify the situation.
All payment must be made in full 48 hours prior to the date of service. We at Red Fern understand that emergency situations may arise at any time, which will lead you out of town, keep you late at work or increase or decrease your travel time. We do not charge a fee for last minute reservations of our services, subject to availability. A last minute cancellation (within 48 hours) of your travel plans that leads to our services no longer being needed will incur a 30% charge of the original balance due. If you are to return home early from travel, due to an emergency situation only, you will be reimbursed 70% per day of services not needed. This does not include visits already completed for you that day and you will not be reimbursed for those services. This is subject to change. We at Red Fern do not feel that an emergency situation should be impacted further by high extra fees of services you no longer need due to situations out of your control.
